Another way to make money from your podcast is to utilise Premium Content.

I am not keen on the idea that you deliver half the podcast story, and the other half is behind a pay wall… But I have seen that done.

However releasing additional content to people that support your podcast can be a great way to make money as a podcaster.

Have you seen this done well? Would love to hear about some examples?

Podcasting Tips Daily is now multi-format: Available as a Podcast, an Alexa Flash Briefing Skill and as a video on FacebookLinkedin and InstagramTV

Hey… Number five in my making money from your podcast series is Premium Content…

This can be set up as a donation or as a membership site, however selling additional content to your podcast can be a great way to make money.

Personally I don’t like the idea of telling half a story on a podcast and someone has to donate to hear the other half, but I have seen it done.

Maybe though, you offer an amazing free podcast with great interviews but then there is a premium podcast feed that has all the rituals and routines of your guest or behind the scenes footage, or they might get video content sent to them with a certain level of Patreon donations.

These are all good ways of generating extra revenue. And again, ways of making money without feeling yukky!

That’s it for this weeks podcasting tips! Monday will have the final in the money mini-series… If you have missed any of the episodes then do feel free to scroll back and check them out either as a podcast, or as a video series on Facebook, Linkedin, or IGTV.
